Experiential Marketing & Community Lead
Naked Wines is built on one powerful idea: community-led growth beats paid acquisition.
As Naked Wines enters its next phase, we are looking for a scrappy creative to create experiences that bring our brand and our wine to life in unexpected urban places. This role exists to design, test, and execute community-led events that surprise, delight, and deeply connect our members (Angels) and winemakers.
As our Experiential Marketing & Community Lead, you’ll run our on-the-ground innovation engine: identifying unique, non-traditional urban spaces, creating immersive wine experiences, cooking up collabs with other community-led brands, and prototyping event formats to see what truly drives community-led growth.
And yes: this may well be the coolest role at Naked Wines. You’ll sit at the intersection of community, experiential marketing, and growth, with real autonomy, a clear mandate, and the freedom to build unforgettable experiences from the ground up.

What you'll do
- Discover & secure venue locations: Source and negotiate unique, non-traditional urban spaces across the UK to host memorable Naked Wines community events.
- Bring the brand to life: Design and execute immersive, social event formats that foster authentic, grassroots connections between our independent winemakers and members (Angels).
- Build scalable playbooks: Develop and document clear, repeatable blueprints for urban activations to support community-led growth across key regions.
- Prototype & test fast: Run agile, creative event experiments to understand community preferences and solve clear, real engagement goals for our members.
- Measure & optimise impact: Formulate hypotheses on how events influence community metrics, using data to make clear decisions on scaling successful formats.
- Maintain financial discipline: Oversee activation budgets with care, balancing cost efficiency with high-impact learning and momentum.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with autonomy while forging collaborative partnerships with central teams and external community-led brands to co-create impactful experiences.

- Consumer brand experience: Experience delivering events for consumer brands.
- Budget ownership: Experience managing budgets for events or activations.
- Collaborative leadership: Confidence working with senior stakeholders, external brand partners, external venues, and member communities, combined with comfort operating independently in the field.
- Category familiarity: Experience in hospitality, D2C, beverages, or wine is a plus.
- Key prerequisites: Proficiency with Google Workspace tools, strong written and verbal English, eligibility to work in the UK, flexibility for frequent event travel, and availability for occasional evening or weekend events.
