You will collaborate closely with the R&D departments of our customers and contribute to both collaborative research initiatives and independent scientific work. You'll collaborate with our customers - industry leaders in the aerospace, energy, healthcare, and automotive sectors - as well as with top universities like MIT, Harvard, Stanford, and ETH Zurich. What You'll Do Design and implement advanced algorithms across AI, Data, Simulation, Processes, and Quantum Computing Lead the technical vision of interdisciplinary R&D projects Integrate emerging technologies and mentor young researchers Represent TWT at international conferences and forums What You Bring PhD or Postdoc in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, or Digital Engineering Strong analytical and creative mindset Fluent in English and German Why TWT Join an environment where knowledge becomes momentum.
