As a Senior Cyber Analytics & MI Lead – Quantum Technologies, you will be working for our client, a leader in advanced cybersecurity and quantum-safe program delivery. You will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing management information and analytics solutions that underpin complex, multi-workstream technology initiatives in the cyber and quantum space. Your main responsibilities:
- Define and maintain KPI frameworks across multiple execution workstreams, including metric definitions, calculation logic, thresholds, and ownership.
- Design standard reporting packages and dashboards tailored to different audiences, including leadership and governance forums.
- Establish a "single version of the truth" for programme performance reporting by defining clear data sources, data lineage, controls, and documentation.
- Partner with data owners to address data gaps, enhance data quality, and standardize inputs across teams and systems.
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytics products to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support prioritization, sequencing, and risk mitigation decisions.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and repeatability.
- Present MI insights to senior stakeholders with clear visuals and narratives, enabling swift and informed decision-making.
- Continuously improve KPI design, reporting usability, and stakeholder engagement based on feedback and evolving programme dynamics.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 7 years of experience in leading MI, analytics, or reporting for complex, multi-workstream technology or cyber programmes.
- Strong proficiency in defining meaningful KPIs and metrics, including data governance and assurance processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Proven dashboarding and enterprise BI/reporting experience, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar, alongside advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Hands-on experience working with delivery tools and data sources like JIRA, telemetry, and inventory/discovery outputs.
- Capable of managing reporting cadences and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Experience in cybersecurity analytics, cyber risk MI, or technology risk reporting.
- Familiarity with quantum-safe / PQC programme concepts and their delivery implications.
- Experience operating within federated and global delivery structures, with the ability to consolidate data inputs into coherent reports.
- Prior experience within highly regulated financial institutions or similar environments.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
