Summary: The main function of this role is to act as a bridge between various stakeholders, eliciting and documenting requirements while designing data-intensive solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Interacting with product owners to clarify and translate requirements into specifications.

  • Performing data mapping, data modeling, and solution design.

  • Contributing to application architecture and maintainability.

  • Designing near real-time data pipelines.

  • Conducting quantitative data analysis to identify issues and recommend solutions.

  • Collaborating with developers and test engineers.

  • Building relationships with various stakeholders in a communicative manner.

  • Documenting requirements including use cases, ensuring quality improvements.

  • Accessing and analyzing complex datasets.

  • Promoting analytical excellence and best practices across teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing data-intensive solutions.

  • Background in the banking industry.

  • Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and analysis.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into specifications.

  • Experience with AI technologies.

  • Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, MSSQL).

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

  • Experience with Snowflake and Dbt.

  • Understanding of domain-driven design and microservices architecture.

  • Experience with scalable data products.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with advanced analytics tools.
