Expert IT Enterprise Systems (Proactive Pipeline)

What is Expert IT Enterprise Systems?

This position will deliver a roadmap, delivery strategies, support, implementation, and design services for e-mail services (on-prem and cloud), Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across the enterprise (multi-domain environment), including directory and integration with identity management solutions. This role will also be responsible for compliance to Service Level Agreements and execution of daily routines.

What Expert IT Enterprise Systems does?

Overseeing the day-to-day operations, planning, upgradation, implementation and support services of Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and Exchange servers to ensure seamless business operations. In addition, person is responsible for managing Office365 cloud operations, active directory synchronization, email service & enterprise mobility suite.

• In depth understanding of Office365 subscription and Microsoft Licensing Program.

• Managing Microsoft Infrastructure i.e. Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Services.

• Email account management hosted on-prem & Office365 mailboxes, SharePoint & Instant Messaging.

• Ensure timely Patch Management of servers and laptops as per Information Security Governance guideline.

• Deliver on operational goals as per the departmental strategy and targets.

• Deliver on agreed SLAs & KPIs with stakeholders.

• Identify and implement process improvement initiative including standardization of process along with process owners, service delivery managers and operation managers.

• Day-to-day work on Office365 products and services including the EMS, Intune, Cloud App Security, Power Platform and PowerShell scripting.

• Ensure smooth operational activities for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.

• Active monitoring of MS alerts and taking necessary actions.

• Knowledge of Cloud service hosting, Amazon and Azure will be preferred.

• Responsible for managing existing Domain registration and their timely renewal.

• Experience of handling Enterprise Mobility operations (work from anywhere, any device any time).

• Develop understanding of IT Helpdesk processes and tools.

• Meet relevant internal and external stakeholders e.g., suppliers, principles, BSS-IT, IP Network, IT ServiceDesk, Information Security operations and Governance teams.

• End user data protection, data leakage protection, enterprise mobility, Advance Anti Malware Protection etc.

Requirements

• BE (Computer Science, EE, Computer Engineering), 5 – 10 Years of Relevant Experience.

• Office365 admin certification.

• Have sound knowledge of end user computing and networking, MS Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, Exchange Server, DNS, DHCP.

• Preferably have good understanding of MS Office365, MS Licensing, and collaboration tools.

• Problem Solver and a good team player.

• Ability to work under pressure, Conflict management.
