What is Expert Sales Planning?

The role is involved in strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, feedback, and research of new and existing projects/initiatives/KPIs. The role reports directly to the Sales Planning Manager.

What does Expert Sales Planning do?

  • Strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, feedback, and research of new and existing projects/initiatives/KPIs.
  • Establishes effective monitoring through periodical reports and dashboards of sales activities & targets for all channels.
  • Works with the relevant regional team members for enhancing capability, advocacy, and product penetration at retail.
  • Will be responsible to assign sales targets to sub regions accordingly and ensure business growth.
  • Will be able to designing promo for the channel to achieve Gross Add monthly targets.
  • Foresees the challenges and its impacts on business and suggesting the regional teams to solution to overcome those challenges.
  • Ensures retail audits for Retail agent network.
  • Devises an appropriate strategy with relevant regional management to enhance sales and overall growth.
  • Efficiently supports in running ad-hoc analysis as and when needed to support Management for decision-making.
  • Conducts weekly/ monthly performance meetings with regional teams.
  • Visits market monthly and see the impacted retail for targets reduction.
  • Will be responsible for Network Rollout Planning, Relocation of sites, 4G/5G Upgrades Planning, Formulation of Strategies for Low Revenue Sites and conducting different Geo Marketing Analysis.
  • Evaluation of Location Based Offers performance, propose and evaluate monetization, laddering and new LBCs wherever required.
  • Base Tracking and strategize to increase bundle penetration in recharge.

  • Franchise P&L responsibility
