What does the Expert Talent Management do?

The Expert Talent Management, is primarily responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of talent management and succession planning programs. This role acts as a key operational anchor, coordinating talent reviews, tracking succession pipelines, designing tailored development programs and leveraging talent analytics to ensure seamless implementation aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management & Succession Execution

  • Manage the operational rollout of Talent Reviews, including annual planning, session pre-work, talent cards, timeline tracking and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Assist the development of the talent management framework and continuous improvement based on business paradigms.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating talent review sessions, calibration meetings and talent mapping exercises across all functions.
  • Maintain and update succession pools, critical role maps, and readiness trackers to ensure accurate, real-time talent pipeline data.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) throughout the talent review cycle.
  • Develop IDPs for succession pools and critical talent ensuring delivery and agreed actions.
  • Manage talent placements and internal movements of all talent.

Talent Management Excellence

  • Build and maintain a talent database with key insights and data points of all JazzWorld talent for effective talent management.
  • Own end-to-end operational planning for talent and succession initiatives, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Coordinate logistics for talent review cycles, calibration sessions, and assessment administration across business units and locations.
  • Serve as the operational point of contact between the Talent CoE and business stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor and external partner relationships, including assessment providers, facilitators, and platforms, covering contracting, SLAs, and invoicing support.

Analytics, Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain comprehensive talent and succession dashboards to report on key metrics such as succession bench strength and IDP completion rates.
  • Support special talent initiatives, including mentoring/coaching programs, and high-potential acceleration paths.
  • Ensure all talent activities align with organizational policies, governance standards, and JazzWorld Manifesto.

Key Deliverables

  • Seamless operational execution of Talent Reviews and Succession Planning cycles.
  • Smooth end-to-end operational delivery of talent programs, including budgets, vendor coordination, and logistics, managed on time and within scope.
  • Accurate, up-to-date Talent Dashboards and Succession Repositories providing visibility into succession pipeline health.
  • High completion and tracking rates for High-Potential Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Comprehensive program evaluation reports detailing participant feedback, impact, and improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • Execution Excellence: Strong organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detail and ability to run multi-faceted HR and operational programs smoothly.
  • Operational Ownership: Comfortable owning end-to-end operational delivery, including budgets, vendor management, scheduling, and logistics, for talent and succession programs.
  • Analytical Capability: Proficient in synthesizing talent data, managing trackers, and creating clear, data-driven visual dashboards/reports for management.
  • Communication & Coordination: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to collaborate across departments, manage external vendors, and coordinate with middle-to-senior stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: Solid experience working with HR Analytics tools, Excel/PowerPoint and ability to apply AI within workflows.
  • Agility: A proactive mindset with the capability to manage tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and drive operational tasks independently.

Experience and Educational Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
    • Master’s degree (MBA/MS in HR or Organizational Development) is a plus.
  • Work Experience:
    • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a CoE role i.e. Talent Management or Learning & Development (L&D).
    • Demonstrated experience in coordinating talent reviews, building and maintaining analytics workflows.
