EXPORT CONTROL PROGRAM MANAGER
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer to be considered. There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer. Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. You will serve as an Export Control Program Manager, NO-0301-5 at Naval Research Laboratory (NRL).
You will manage the NRL Export Control Program and be responsible for assessing and ensuring compliance by all NRL program activities with U.S. Export Control laws and regulations.
You will obtain, manage, and maintain necessary export authorizations on behalf of the Commanding Officer to support full compliance with regulatory agencies.
You will lead the development, presentation, implementation, and maintenance of export compliance policies, procedures, and training curriculum.
You will provide guidance to NRL researchers and programs on U.S. Government export regulations, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
You will assist NRL Contracting Officers, and Grant Officers in procurement-related matters involving export control.
