Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day sea freight operations in our Phoenix enterprise data system
- Preparing shipping documents
- Coordinating with customers, shipping lines, customs brokers, warehouses, overseas offices / partners as well as internal departments
- Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments
- Other duties as required by management
- Only candidates with permanent work rights with no restrictions will be considered
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
- New graduate candidates are welcome
- Experience in Freight forwarder business would be advantage
- Good command of English
- Basic knowledge of MS word and Excel
- Service Mind, Proactive, Positive thinking, good interpersonal communication skills
- Candidate who can start immediately will be preferred
- Bangna, Bangkok
