Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3 - 8 years Salary: 8,40,000 per year Location: Bengaluru (Onsite) CTC: 70K Qualification: Graduate Experience: 5 years Languages Required: English Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities Build and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and clients Plan and execute export marketing strategies and campaigns Handle pricing, quotations, and negotiations with international buyers Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams for smooth order execution Ensure compliance with export documentation, regulations, and policies Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions Required Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of international trade regulations and export procedures Market research and strategic planning ability Cultural awareness and adaptability Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Ability to manage multiple markets and client Experience in specific industries (e.g., FMCG, textiles, incense/agarbatti, etc.) Knowledge of export documentation (LC, Bill of Lading, IEC, etc.) Fluency in foreign languages (advantage) Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field MBA (preferred but not mandatory) Experience in export sales/marketing (typically 38 years) .
