Export Sales and Operation Specialist

We want you to:

• Order pack/forecast collectionn from markets and status follow up
• Balance out management on product event
• Available order / back order management
• Monitoring responsible markets and close communication
• Pricing check and prepare proforma invoice
• Production allocation check for responsible market/country
• Operation plan follow up and adjustment between region/country
• Communicate with regional head quarters and reflect request
• Monthly/yearly shipment estimation control
• Payment follow up for responsible market/country
• Arrange & provide collaboration among sales, production & shipment departments

You will also need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or engineering
• Min. 2 years experience in similar positions
• Excellent communication & reporting skills
• Team player, self-motivated and analytical minded
• Strong time management and responsibility
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English
• Excellent command of MS Office programs
