The company is currently hiring for multiple customer-facing coordination roles to support its domestic and export businesses. ## Job Summary The **Export Sales Coordinator** is responsible for managing export-related documentation and compliance. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring smooth export operations, thereby contributing to the organization's goals in the international market. ## Responsibilities - Manage customer relationships from initial enquiry through order completion. - Generate and manage: - Proforma invoices - Payment follow-ups - Payment status tracking - Coordinate artwork and packaging design changes with customers and internal teams. - Obtain customer approvals before production. - Work closely with the production team throughout the manufacturing process. - Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch. - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. - Handle technical discussions and coordinate new customer requirements. - Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, including major brands like Vadilal and Kwality Wall's. ## Qualifications - **Education:** Not specified - **Key Skills:** - Hands-on knowledge of export documentation and terminology - Understanding of international shipping processes and compliance requirements - Coordination with freight and logistics partners - **Soft Skills:** - Excellent communication skills - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders - Good customer management skills ## Preferred Skills - Experience with SAP ERP systems - Familiarity with Order Management - Background in Customer Service Coordination - Background in Sales Coordination is a plus - Willingness to participate in business development initiatives and client engagement - Comfort in contributing to exhibitions (5–6 annually) ## Experience Experience in customer account management, order processing, and production coordination is preferred.
