Hiring: Export Shipping Executive
Location: Singapore (Near MRT)
Working Days: Monday – Friday (5-Day Work Week)
Salary: S$3,500 – S$4,200 per month
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare export shipping documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (CO), and other related documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
- Arrange bookings for sea and air freight shipments.
- Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates to customers.
- Ensure export documentation is complete and complies with customs and shipping requirements.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations and Sales teams when required.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O-Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in export shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding is preferred.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of export shipping procedures and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Mandarin speaking is preferred as the role requires communication with Chinese suppliers and business partners.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
