Express Lane Service Technician

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services while delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform express maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and battery inspections.
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately document findings.
- Perform basic maintenance and light repair work according to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members regarding vehicle conditions and recommended services.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive service technician or express maintenance experience preferred.
- Valid NYS Driver's license and a clean driving abstract.
- Current NYS Motor Vehicle Inspector's license required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.

Compensation:
- Weekly Pay
- $20-25 per flat rate hour
- Monthly bonus incentives
