Express Lube Advisor
Pay: $35k-$50k annually. Commission based.
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday.
Department Hours: 7 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm Saturday, and closed Sunday.
This position is onsite in downtown Spokane and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager.

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and create a positive first impression upon arrival.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and gather service information.
- Write repair orders for express maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, batteries, filters, and other routine maintenance.
- Communicate maintenance recommendations and service needs to customers.
- Provide accurate service estimates and timelines.
- Coordinate vehicle flow between customers, technicians, and service team members.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service visit.
- Review completed services with customers and ensure complete satisfaction before departure.
- Assist in driving service department growth by identifying maintenance opportunities and promoting recommended services.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
What You'll Bring
- 1+ year of previous dealership experience is ideal but not required. We will consider those with relative retail, sales, or automotive industry experience
- We require a basic automotive understanding of maintenance services.
- Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs
- Familiar with sales approaches and consulting with customers
- Be able to navigate technology with ease
- Be passionate about the Subaru brand and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path
- Professional in appearance and communications
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards
The annual earning potential for this role is $35k to $50k. which includes commission on individual sales and individual gross profits. Bonuses are based on individual manufacturer approvability; customer pay labor per RO and flat rate hours.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
