Exterior Home Improvement Sales Consultant

Company: Top Roofing Company in Northern Illinois providing full-service roofing, construction, and restoration in the Chicagoland Area.
Position: Exterior Home Improvement Sales Consultant- Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes that have either old tired or storm damage roofing. Speak to homeowners educate them on their roofing issues and conduct a Free roof inspection to take pictures and help them submit a claim if it's storm damaged.
Requirements
• Previous roofing sales or home services sales experience; trainees are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods to identify home with roofing issues
• Able to climb a ladder and conduct roof inspections
• Reliable transportation (car or truck) required
Responsibilities
• Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with potential storm damage
• Perform roof inspections (training provided)
• Speak with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
• Present and sell roofing solutions
• Complete paperwork
Compensation:
• Earn $125K to $175K+
