Holencik Exteriors is seeking a motivated Exterior Sales Specialist to help homeowners find the right roofing, siding, and gutter solutions. With pre-set appointments, ongoing training, company-provided tools, and uncapped commissions, you'll have everything you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters
• Present solutions and estimates
• Build strong customer relationships
• Work closely with production teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable working at heights
• Valid driver's license

Preferred:

• In-home sales experience
• Home improvement, roofing, or construction sales experience
