External Maintenance Engineer
Job Summary
Supervise maintenance activities and external installations at fuel stations and client sites, ensuring work is executed efficiently and in compliance with approved safety and quality standards. The role includes monitoring technical reports and emergency breakdowns, ensuring prompt response and effective problem resolution to maintain operational continuity.
Due to the nature of the role, extensive fieldwork and continuous travel are required based on site needs, technical issue priorities, and defined response times.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor technical reports, maintenance requests, and repair activities.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and operational activities at client sites.
- Prepare and submit technical visit and maintenance reports.
- Monitor the usage and issuance of spare parts.
- Organize and coordinate field teams across different locations.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures and regulations.
- Analyze root causes of technical failures and recommend corrective solutions.
- Coordinate with the After-Sales Service Department and clients to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience
- Proven hands-on experience in field maintenance operations.
- Previous experience in fuel stations, pumps, and mechanical systems is highly preferred.
- Experience in managing and supervising field teams.
- Strong ability to handle customers, urgent situations, and emergency cases effectively.
