External Manufacturing Staff Test Engineer
- To support SiC JFET production at PSI and THEPI
- To support ATP and ATEC and othe OSATs
- To support potential new OSAT supplier.
- Managing Test Operation tasks and activities at subcons in Philippines
- Maverick Lot disposition
- On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities
- Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend
- Responsible for major subcons KPI including
- MPE cycle time
- Lot Reject Rate
- At least 7 years of experience about Semiconductor Test development projects or sustaining activities.
- At least 3 years of experience in MOSFET & Power Discrete testing
- Familiar with Test Cell knowledge
- Familiar with Test Operation Flow
- Being familiar with VDA 6.3 audit process is a plus.
- Proficient English is a MUST
- Capable of coordination and communication among multinational teams to deliver results
- Organized, Focuses on facts & open-minded with integrity in all aspects.
