External OneStream Functional Support Consultant

Summary: We are looking for a OneStream Functional Support Consultant to provide operational and functional support to the finance department, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:

• OneStream Functional Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to Finance users.
• Data Uploads: Support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc uploads into OneStream.
• Currency Adjustments: Manage and troubleshoot currency changes.
• Issue Resolution: Handle functional issues that cannot be resolved internally.
• User Guidance: Assist users with navigation, workflows, and best-practice usage.
• Validation & Controls: Ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of issues and process improvements.
• Collaboration: Work with Finance, FP&A, and IT stakeholders across regions.

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of functional OneStream experience.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, consolidation, reporting, and data structures.
• Experience supporting global finance teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues independently.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience working remotely with international stakeholders.
• India-based consultant preferred.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in similar roles within finance companies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their financial modules.
• Certifications in finance or accounting.
