External Supply Manager

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1- Daily External Manufacturing supply chain operation with external partners

• Manage and coordinate materials importation process with different stakeholders.
• Ensure imported shipments complete and full documentation requirements for customs clearance minimizing delays and penalties.
• Logistics coordination with clearance service provider till delivery to relevant CMOs.
• Conduct Materials requirements planning exercise.
• Determination of purchase order on basis of the sales forecast and of the market stock level
• Assist procurement service in the diverse price or contract related negotiation and exchange with external partners.
• Supervise the external partners performance in the domain of lead-time, reactivity, reliability, and flexibility.
• Lead in the S&OP with external partners
• Participation in the external partners production plan and capacity optimization
• Develop and implement strategies for transport optimization in cost reduction and improve efficiency.
• Put in place different management for each type of external partners (Full manufacturing, Toll manufacturing, materials suppliers)
• To ensure the close relationship with the sub-contractor in other domain of raw material management, lead-time, expedition, reception
• Goods receipt, article creation and modification, system flow management, and other transactions in SAP
• Collaborate with local and overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials with optimized costs.
• To build strong collaboration network with other supply chain service for both sharing of knowledge, information and synchronizing processes

2- Daily supply chain operation with internal partners

• Coordinate with Market supply chain the monthly delivery plan.
• Following up of the payment issue, or divers’ financial issue with accountancy department and controlling department
• Negotiation with plant and market, and proposition of logistic solution which meets the best to each part.

About You :

Experience & knowledge:

• At least 6 years working experience in Supply Chain.
• Experience of working with ERP, preferably SAP, RapidReponse (Kinaxis)
• Experience in materials importation process & CMO operations.

• Bachelor’s Degree or above

• Proficient in English Language, French or Turkish language is a plus.
