Summary of Position:
Responsible of extruding hose for finishing department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensures all equipment is functioning properly
- Communicates issues as needed
- Keep all filters and equipment clean during production runs
- Properly and safely maintain control of production runs
- Maintain all product specifications
- Maintain quality standards checking product for defects and blemishes
- Accurately document all required information during production of hose temperatures, run speeds, etc.
- Effectively communicate information to all extruder operators
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned by department or shift supervisor
- Maintain a safe and comfortable work environment
- Maintain professionalism in the work place
