Extrusion Operator
Location: Reading, PA
Shift: Rotating and Night Shifts Available
Pay: Starts at $24.23 an hour. On the job training available, with skill-based increases up to $32.94 an hour
We’re seeking a skilled Extrusion Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion equipment in alignment with our quality, safety, and production standards. If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

Machine Setup & Operation:
Set up and operate extrusion machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), schedules, and order specifications. Coordinate with other setup operators during teardowns and new setups.
