- Establish common best practices with all stakeholders that can be used on all shifts given the challenges of varying attendance and disciplinary culture levels.
- Share, coach, mentor, and track best practices.
- Train new team members to procedures, drive continuous improvement.
- Increase average productivity to meet pack lbs./table target and consistently exceed cutback, stencil, and scrap saw PPMH targets.
- Communicate with manager about issues.
- Quality procedure confirmation, proper packing is being utilized.
- Set up queue to ensure order are ready for shipment.
- All other duties as assigned.
