EY - Senior Business Analyst - Oracle EPM Platform

About your role :

The right candidate must be highly motivated to troubleshoot issues, bugs, and service requests from stakeholders and translate them into Oracle EPM (PBCS & PCMCS) solutions. You will have a good understanding of reporting solutions like SmartView and Financial Reports and be familiar with MDM processes.

Essential Skills :

- Hands-on experience in Fusion configurations.

- Good knowledge of Oracle PBCS or PCMCS product functionalities.

- Experience with allocation processes (HPCM or PCMCS allocation models, design, rules).

- Proficiency in Essbase Calc Manager functions, rules, and formulas.

- Proficiency in data integration tools relevant to Oracle systems.

- Knowledge of multidimensional modelling, rules, design, reporting, and dashboard creation.

- Ability to configure and manage application metadata.

- Good knowledge of DRM systems to support MDM processes.

- Ability to interpret and analyze financial data.

Key Responsibilities :

- Performing requirements analysis and bug analysis.

- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and the Oracle Support Team.

- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of change requests.

- Coordinating with Oracle Support to resolve issues and enhancements.

- Conducting UAT and securing sign-offs.

- Prioritizing requirements in the pipeline with stakeholders.

- Documenting and communicating results and insights to cross-functional teams.

- Performing smoke testing if required.

Qualifications :

- B.E. / B.TECH / C.A. / M.B.A.

- 5 - 7+ years of relevant industry experience in Oracle ERP.

- 3 - 5 years in implementation/support of Oracle EPM cloud applications.

- Flexibility to work in UK timings as per requirement.
