• Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00/annually
  

Eye Clinic Manager Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire position
  
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift
  
• Setting: Outpatient and Surgical
  
• The Eye Clinic Manager will play a crucial role in the efficacy of the clinic by fostering communication between providers, staff employees, and administration, monitoring and developing budgets for employee growth and retention, and overseeing the revenue cycle of current production initiatives
  
• Collaborate with leadership to develop provider sourcing, onboarding, and performance strategies. Ensure that employee compensation and packages are competitive based on active market and trends

Eye Clinic Manager Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  
• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or physician relations in an eye clinic environment is required
  
• 1+ years of experience with eye insurance and revenue cycle is required
