The ideal candidate will specialize in a variety of eyelash and eyebrow services, including eyelash extensions, brow shaping, tinting, and lamination. You will provide high-quality beauty services to clients, ensuring they leave satisfied with their new look and feel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform eyelash extension services, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles.

• Conduct eyelash lifting and tinting services.

• Provide eyebrow shaping, tinting, and lamination services.

• Offer professional advice to clients on lash and brow care.

• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace to meet health and safety regulations.

• Ensure a high standard of client service, always maintaining professionalism.

• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques related to lash and brow services.

• Manage customer bookings and maintain accurate records of services provided.

• Follow company policies for stock management and ensure adequate supplies for the services provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Eyelash and Eyebrow Technician, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

• Certified in eyelash extensions and eyebrow services (preferred).

• Knowledge of lash and brow treatments, including techniques, aftercare, and trends.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to create natural and customized looks.

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in lash and brow treatments from a recognized institution.

• Previous experience in a beauty salon or spa setting.

• Familiarity with retailing beauty products and upselling services.
