Qualifications*

Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience:-

12 years' experience in large construction Project for the Oil & Gas Industry, including 3 years of management level experience in Construction related disciplines, engineering, or project management with overall responsibility for an EPC execution.
Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
Experience with EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in construction activities for the oil and gas industry
Strong experience with fabrication yards including construction and commissioning activities
Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds
Any Qualification, Technical, or knowledge requirements can be waived through relevant work experience.

Technical and Business Skills:-

A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures in a site environment.
Effective leadership. Contractor coordination and reporting skills.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT
Strong technical judgment skills
Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak fluent English, Bahasa (Indonesian) is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, computer literacy.
