F&B Assistant Manager - CO - Starbucks

Position Summary: Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional food and beverage service, compliance with company standards, and superior guest experience. Support team leadership, operational efficiency, profitability, and business growth while maintaining high standards of quality, ambiance, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in leading, coaching, and developing restaurant team members to achieve service excellence.

• Support hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and team engagement.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

• Monitor equipment, inventory, and supply levels, reporting issues as needed.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, service, and grooming standards.

• Coordinate with reservations, sales, and other departments to support business needs.

• Assist with inventory control, financial procedures, and operational reporting.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by promptly addressing requests, concerns, and complaints.

• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, resort offerings, and restaurant operations.

• Foster a positive, professional work environment focused on guest satisfaction and business performance.

• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned from time to time.

• The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you may be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time.
