The Role\:

As the Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be working within our Food and Beverage Team to be a part of a smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, Langland’s Restaurant & Bar and event space ‘Bellarine’. Your role will allow you to provide personalised service to display how you will make our guest experience special whilst demonstrating strong menu knowledge.

Some of the responsibilities include\:

· Creating warm, genuine and memorable guest experiences through personalised service

· Anticipating guest needs and adapting service style to suit a range of dining occasions

· Guiding guests through menu and beverage selections with confidence and product knowledge

· Enhancing the guest experience through considered recommendations that drive average check value

· Taking ownership of a service section and supporting the team where necessary
