F&B Barista
Position Overview
Love coffee? Love the mountains? Combine your passions as a Barista at Wildflowers, Mt. Hood Meadows’ cozy alpine coffee shop. You’ll be serving up coffee, specialty beverages, smoothies, and sandwiches while providing warm, welcoming service to guests fueling up for a day on the mountain. We’re looking for friendly, detail-oriented people who can keep things moving during a busy rush while taking pride in every drink and every guest interaction.
In this role, you won’t just be making coffee, you’ll be part of the daily experience that makes Wildflowers a favorite stop on the mountain. From preparing espresso drinks and smoothies to serving quick-serve food, your focus will be on consistency, cleanliness, and great hospitality. You’ll work closely with your team to keep the shop running smoothly, jump in wherever you’re needed, and may have the opportunity to work at different coffee shops across the resort depending on operational needs. Whether you’re serving a first-time visitor or a mountain regular, your role helps set the tone for their day.
We’re looking for people who enjoy coffee, connecting with guests, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous barista experience is preferred, but we’re also looking for people who are dependable, willing to learn, and able to stay composed when the morning rush is in full swing.
