We are seeking an experienced F&B Captain to lead daily service operations while delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the service team.
- Guide and support Service Attendants to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Monitor service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with staff training and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Experience leading or guiding a small service team is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
