Job Summary
We seek energetic, motivated individuals skilled in floor service and bar duties to deliver friendly customer service and support smooth F&B operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers positively and professionally to enhance their dining experience
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus to assist customers effectively
- Prepare service and bar areas to ensure readiness for daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support efficient food and beverage operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of wines and other alcoholic beverages to support customer inquiries and service
