F&B Management Trainee

Requiremennts:
1. Possess Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification
2. Able to work on weekends / public holidays / rotating shifts
3. Training provided

Job Scope:
1. Assist FOH & BOH operations where required
2. Maintain highest quality and consistent standards
3. Maintain high standard of cleanliness and strict adherence to food safety regulations
4. Assist Manager in running a smooth, efficient and productive shift
5. Assist Manager in handling guests queries and feedbacks
6. Any other ad-hoc duties as required for operational needs
