F&B Manager - Bahama Bagel

Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar’s Food& Beverage Manager will be responsible for creating an exceptional Food & Beverage experience for guests and will assist in overseeing all aspects of the department’s operations including revenues, food costs, budgets, inventories, sanitation and discipline within the department.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to\:

• Safely operate and manage the catering vehicle, ensuring accurate, on time delivery of high-volume orders to corporate and residential clients.
• Actively seek new catering opportunities, visit local businesses, nurture repeat clients, and help expand our footprint in the community.
• Coordinate daily production and delivery schedules, ensuring efficient routing, accurate packing, and seamless execution.
• Work with the culinary team to align offerings with client needs, seasonal trends, and operational capacity.
• Serve as the main point of contact for catering clients, managing inquiries, customizing orders, confirming details, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery.
• Train, schedule, and supervise catering staff, ensuring high service standards and efficient operations.
• Train, schedule, and support delivery staff and catering assistants to maintain accuracy, speed, and high service standards.
• Oversee order accuracy, packaging standards, presentation, and food safety compliance for all catering deliveries.
• Assist with proposals, site visits, tastings, and upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Manage contracts, BEOs, invoices, and post event reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and manage catering supplies such as platters, utensils, and packaging.
• Track labor, food cost, and delivery expenses to ensure profitability and identify areas for improvement.
