Courtyard by Marriott Sheffield | Aspen Restaurant & Bar

OUR HOTEL

Courtyard by Marriott Sheffield is a brand-new 150-bedroom hotel perfectly located between Sheffield and Rotherham. Set within a growing business park and the new Waverley residential development, and just 10 minutes from Meadowhall, the hotel is ideally placed to attract both corporate and leisure guests.

The hotel features stylish rooms across five floors, a fully equipped residents' gym, one meeting room, and an on-site car park. At the heart of our food and beverage offering is Aspen Restaurant & Bar, an exciting dining concept with ambitions to become a destination of choice for hotel guests, local residents and the wider community.

As part of the globally respected Marriott brand, and managed by RBH Hospitality Management, this property offers the opportunity to be part of a world-class hospitality team while helping to shape the future success of a newly opened hotel.

ASPEN RESTAURANT & BAR

Your opportunity to make your mark! More than a hotel restaurant. An opportunity to build something special.

Aspen Restaurant & Bar is one of the most exciting opportunities within our newly opened hotel, and we're looking for an ambitious, creative and commercially driven Food & Beverage Manager to help take it to the next level.

Our vision is to establish Aspen as a vibrant, welcoming restaurant and bar with its own distinctive identity, reputation and loyal customer base — somewhere people choose to visit, not simply because they're staying at the hotel, but because they genuinely want to dine, drink and spend time with us.

This is your opportunity to lead Aspen with the passion and entrepreneurial mindset of an independent restaurateur, while benefiting from the support, resources and reputation of the hotel.

From developing memorable guest experiences and exciting food and beverage promotions to building relationships with the local community, growing our restaurant's reputation and driving commercial performance, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference.

We're looking for someone who sees the potential, brings fresh ideas and has the drive to turn Aspen into a thriving local destination.

If you've ever wanted to put your own stamp on a restaurant, build a passionate team and play a leading role in creating something special, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
