F&B Manager

Wally's Wine & Spirits are hiring experienced Food and Beverage / Front of House managers for our Malibu location, which opened earlier this year. This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium hospitality destination and lead teams dedicated to exceptional service, memorable guest experiences, and a passion for fine wine, spirits, and gourmet food.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
• Support, coach, and motivate team members throughout each shift.
• Help create a polished, welcoming experience for every guest.
• Partner across restaurant, bar, retail, culinary, and gourmet teams to keep service seamless.
• Resolve guest needs with care, urgency, and a hospitality-first mindset.
• Maintain high standards for service, organization, cleanliness, and team communication.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or guest-facing leadership.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A calm, hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating standout guest experiences.
• Interest in fine wine, spirits, gourmet food, or luxury hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
