F&B Outlet Manager

We are a Muslim-friendly F&B restaurant looking for a hands-on and experienced F&B Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the outlet team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.

Lead, train and manage the F&B team, including staff scheduling and deployment.

Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness and hygiene.

Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.

Monitor sales, inventory, stock ordering and operating costs.

Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure efficient operations.

Support promotions, events and other F&B initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on, responsible and customer-oriented.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience in halal/Muslim-friendly F&B establishments is an advantage.
