F&B Server
- Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards at all times
- Exceed guest satisfaction by understanding preferences and anticipating requirements
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant menu, daily specials, and beverage service standards
- Serve and clear food and beverage items in a professional and unobtrusive manner
- Manage service stations by keeping them cleared and restocked throughout service
- Present menus proactively and handle financial procedures in accordance with departmental guidelines
- Report all guest feedback and issues through the Glitch system to ensure continuous improvement
- Maintain HACCP and FIFO standards as required by regional governing bodies
- Conduct opening and closing procedures using provided checklists to ensure smooth venue operations
- Follow Hotel Evacuation Policy and attend all required briefings and training sessions
- Identify potential service issues and seek assistance from management before problems escalate
- Perform additional duties and special projects as requested by management
