F&B Service Crew

• Up to $2,400 basic + Allowance + Variable bonus + AWS (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

• Working time: 6 days work week

1. Service Excellence

• Adhere to all F&B Department Standards & Protocols
• Demonstrate proficiency in service techniques and always maintain a professional demeanor
• Exhibit through knowledge of menu offerings, including preparation methods and confidently make recommendation

2. Operational Support

• Assist diligently with pre-opening and closing responsibilities to ensure readiness
• Maintain Proper table setup and cleanliness of service areas.
• Handle payments accurately and present bills promptly

3. Guest Interaction

• Welcome and seat members and guests courteously
• Respond positively to requests and inquiries, ensuring a pleasant dining experience
• Gather feedback from patrons professionally and relay it to supervisors

4. Problem Solving and Compliance

• Address issues or concerns promptly and effectively
• Familiarise yourself with Club regulations, operating procedures and service standards.
