F&B Service Crew/Supervisor
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a polite and timely manner
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide recommendations
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness
- Process payments and handle billing accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to food hygiene and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Prior F&B or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
