F&B Service Executive
Summary
Oversee daily food and beverage operations in a hotel, ensuring service quality, guest satisfaction, and team leadership while managing budgets and compliance.
Prime Function
- Lead and coordinate all team activities within the department, driving operational excellence and strategic planning across all assigned areas.
- Maintain exceptional food and beverage quality standards by overseeing preparation and service delivery according to established recipes and specifications.
- Champion guest satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints, requests, and inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Escalate any matters affecting Hotel's interests to Management for timely resolution.
Operational Management
- Partner with the HOD - Food & Beverage Service to drive sales growth through innovative events and food festivals tailored to your assigned outlet.
- Uphold rigorous quality control, hygiene, and health and safety standards across all operational areas.
- Manage outlet operations efficiently within approved budgetary parameters while maintaining full legal compliance.
- Foster a culture of excellence in service delivery, safety, security, and organizational policy adherence.
- Lead by example, promoting company uniform and hygiene standards throughout your team.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality work across all operational aspects, setting the benchmark for excellence.
- Delight guests through trend-setting and innovative product and service offerings.
- Take ownership of additional responsibilities as assigned by Management.
People Management
- Build strong cross-departmental relationships across Hotel to maximize cooperation, productivity, team morale, and guest service outcomes.
- Inspire and develop staff capabilities to drive departmental success, foster teamwork, and create a positive work environment.
- Drive guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through strategic resource optimization and team engagement.
- Provide comprehensive training on established procedures and safety protocols, ensuring team competency and workplace safety.
Financial Management
- Identify and implement cost-effective resource solutions while educating your team on financial responsibility and operational efficiency.
- Degree or diploma in hotel management
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
