F&B Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

2. Lead, coordinate, and motivate front-of-house staff during shifts

3. Ensure service standards, hygiene, safety, and company policiesare consistently followed

4. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recoveryprofessionally

5. Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management to maintain servicequality and flow

6. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring

7. Oversee opening, closing, and shift handover procedures

8. Monitor inventory usage and report operational issues tomanagement

9. Support management in achieving operational and service objectives

Requirements:

- 5 day work week based on roster

- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
