Role Description
The F&B Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the F&B management team in achieving operational and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily F&B operations and service activities.
- Ensure excellent guest service and high hospitality standards.
- Lead, supervise, and support F&B team members.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Service, Front Office, and other departments.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Support the F&B Manager in achieving revenue and operational targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Previous hotel experience is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of F&B service standards and hotel operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
- Good command of English.
