About the Role:

Are you a natural team player with a passion for hospitality? We’re looking for a energetic, detail-oriented F&B Supervisor to help guide our front-of-house team and elevate our guest experience!

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Leadership: Oversee daily service operations, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
• Team Guidance: Mentor, guide, and support service crew members, fostering a positive working environment.
• Guest Experience: Handle customer feedback and inquiries professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence: Assist the Outlet Manager with inventory management, opening/closing duties, and cash float auditing.
• Quality Control: Ensure cleanliness, food hygiene standards, and safety guidelines are consistently met.

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality (prior supervisory experience is a plus!).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, reliable, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
