F&I Business Manager Dublin

A successful dealership in South Dublin is seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager. The candidate will be responsible for achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling and promoting finance, insurance and accessory products.

The Role:

• Selling F&I products
• Tracking all inward and outgoing enquiries
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensuring all enquiries are inputted to the Dealer Management System
• Lead generation and prospecting of new clients
• Aiding the Sales team to increase car sales by exploring financial solutions

Requirements:

• Presently employed in the role of Business Manager with at least 3 years experience
• Previous car sales experience
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiating and closing skills
• Proven ability to streamline the sales process through effective use of CRM, data analysis and reporting
• Experience using Kerridge
• CPD qualified
