F/T COCKTAIL SERVER

1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Promote customer service as a priority by being attentive to guests’ needs which includes but is not limited to providing prompt, courteous service, taking and filling food and beverage orders.
2. Follows up with existing guests to ensure satisfaction. Assists in resolving any adverse guest issues to the guest’s satisfaction.
3. Maintains an appropriate level of stock in wait stations; including but not limited to stocking and filling of coffee, tea, powdered beverages, ice, juices, half and half, whipped cream, sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, silverware, glasses, straws etc.
4. Comply with company and department policies and procedures while practicing positive customer and employee relations.
5. Maintain assigned section; including but not limited to bussing glasses, dishes and the cleaning of ash trays.
6. Assist bartender with the washing of glasses.
7. Maintain a professional and neat appearance of work area.
8. Maintain a professional and neat personal appearance and represent the company in a positive manner.
9. Maintain confidentiality of company and player information.
10. Recommend refusal of service to guests due to intoxication, in accordance with Washington State liquor laws and set policies and procedures of the Nooksack River Casino.

Such other job related duties as may be assigned including but not limited to lounge serving and bartending (if over the age of 21), by instruction from management
