1. Responsible for U.S. contract review and contract management (U.S. in-house experience preferred).
2. Plan, execute, and oversee dispute-resolution matters commonly arising in the manufacturing industry (civil/criminal litigation, arbitration, administrative disputes, regulatory investigations, product liability, supply-chain disputes, intellectual property, labor/employment issues), including cross-border litigation and U.S. procedures (including e-Discovery).
3. Prepare case project-management reports, including risk classification and scenario analysis.
4. Cross-functional collaboration: drive and support projects involving all departments and affiliated companies.
5. Able to participate in cross-time-zone meetings; short business travel may be required depending on project needs.
6. Perform other assignments as delegated by supervisors.
