Fabric Data Engineer
Summary
An experienced data engineer joins a Leeds-based end client that has recently adopted Microsoft Fabric, working hybridly (2 days/week in office) to exploit Fabric functionality, improve data quality and standards, and help migrate legacy SQL and Power BI environments. Core stack: Microsoft Fabric on Azure, with ADF, Databricks, SQL, and Power BI.
Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements:- We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
- We ideally want someone with experience in a cloud environment, ideally Azure using ADF and/or Databricks.
- We need someone with a wealth of knowledge and experience as a Data Engineer, ideally on a cloud data platform using ADF or a similar product.
- We want proven experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience migrating data from legacy SQL and Power BI environments to Fabric would be a distinct advantage.
- We want you to add real value to the team and organisation through your Microsoft Fabric experience.
- We want you to bring practical experience of exploiting Fabric functionality.
- We want you to play a key role in improving data quality and data standards.
