Fabrication Supervisor - B Shift

*** This position is from Monday to Thursday, B Shift from 3:30 pm - 2:00 am ***

Position Summary: Under general direction of the Fabrication Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for
leading fabrication Team members and partners with Team Leaders to supervise the day-to-day operations.

Essential Role Responsibilities

• Addresses employee relations concerns to include but not limited to: disciplinary action, payroll
inquires, time off requests, training new and current team members on fabrication procedures
/processes, scheduling, and performance appraisals
• Prepares work, assigns work, oversees work product, and associated documentation
• Responsible for quality control on product line, inventory accuracy, and the maintenance of
standard operating procedures
• Responsible for resolving part shortages and material discrepancies
• Must be able to analyze and recommend equipment and/or tools for improved efficiencies
• Ensure effective communication is maintained with all Team Leaders/Members, and the
enforcement of safety policies and procedures
• Maintain clean and functional work stations, and troubleshoot equipment as necessary
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Team Leader(s)
